For 10+2 Candidates:
- Unmarried candidates born between 01/07/2006 and 01/07/2010 (both dates inclusive).
- Upper Age Limit: 21 Years

For Diploma / B.Sc Pharmacy Candidates:
- Unmarried: Born between 01/07/2003 and 01/07/2008.
- Married: Born between 01/07/2003 and 01/07/2006.
- Upper Age Limit: 24 Years

| Medical Assistant (10+2 Entry) |
- Passed 10+2 / Intermediate / Equivalent Exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate and 50% Marks in English.
- OR Passed 2-Year Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English) with min 50% aggregate & 50% in English.

| Medical Assistant (Pharmacist Entry) |
- Passed 10+2 with PCB and English (50% aggregate & 50% in English).
- Diploma / B.Pharma / B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Must possess valid registration from State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

- Height: Minimum 152.5 cm
- Chest: Minimum 77 cm with 05 cm expansion.
- Hearing: Normal hearing ability.

- 1.6 Km Run: Within 7 Minutes (upto 21 yrs) / 7 Min 30 Sec (Pharmacy candidates above 21 yrs).
- Other Tests: 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups, and 20 Squats within specified time.

- Phase-I: Online Written Computer Based Test (CBT) [45 Minutes Duration].
- Phase-II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT) & Adaptability Test.
- Phase-III: Detailed Medical Examination & Document Verification.
